It seems like there’s an app for everything these days. There’s an app for this, an app for that—there’s even an app to keep track of all your apps! But with apps designed to simplify your life, using them shouldn’t be complicated. Hyundai understands this and is making life easier with Hyundai Pay. Learn more about this new way to pay when you visit Crain Hyundai of Fort Smith.

Hyundai is making life easier by introducing Hyundai Pay in the all-new 2024 Kona. This in-vehicle payment service lets you pay for items or services from your touchscreen. As Hyundai Pay becomes available in more models, you’ll enjoy the convenience of securely storing credit card information and handling transactions with a few quick taps.

For now, Hyundai Pay focuses on parking payments. Finding parking and then figuring out how to pay—coins, cash, or card—can be a headache. Sometimes, there’s no machine, just an app to download. But then you don’t have service, and you’re already late. If you’ve experienced this chaos, you’re not alone.

Thankfully, Hyundai has joined forces with Parkopedia to bring you this innovative parking payment system to enhance your driving experience. U.S. drivers can now locate, reserve, and pay for parking at over 6,000 locations effortlessly, all from the comfort of your Hyundai, following a simple initial setup.

Introduced with the Kona last fall, Hyundai aims to roll out Hyundai Pay to nine more models via model year updates or effortless over-the-air upgrades. The Hyundai Pay platform is also designed to evolve, adding new features and offerings specifically for electric vehicles.

The Hyundai Pay platform redefines the driving journey by integrating effortless payment solutions directly into the vehicle’s touchscreen and Bluelink-connected car system. With a commitment to customer convenience and safety, Hyundai Pay streamlines parking services, addressing drivers’ common challenges when searching for and paying for parking spots. Through the smooth integration of Parkopedia’s payment platform, drivers can easily access and complete parking transactions.

The findings of Parkopedia’s 2023 Global Driver Survey shed light on the challenges numerous U.S. drivers encounter while navigating parking, underscoring the necessity for in-car parking solutions. Hyundai Pay meets this demand by offering a solution to meet drivers’ evolving needs. With upcoming updates planned to introduce further enhancements and services, Hyundai Pay marks a significant advancement in Hyundai’s commitment to delivering unparalleled digital ownership experiences.
